Malaysia Fighting!

While people are busy with the excitements of the Soccer World Cup, Electronic Sports World Cup (ESWC) which will be held in Disneyland, Paris this year will also kick off from the 1st until 4th of July. The difference between Soccer World Cup and this ESWC is that some of our countrymen will be representing Malaysia for the upcoming ESWC. Malaysia will be sending their players for DotA, FIFA 2010 and Need for Speed: Shift, as they will be competing with the other players from at least 30 different countries.

Malaysia represented by Kingsurf had proved themselves a team to be scared of as they managed to came 2nd for DotA in the ESWC 2008, beating the European and American teams flawlessly till the Grand Final. That's when people started to recognize Malaysia as a force that can't be taken lightly in the DotA competitive scene.

Results for ESWC 2008 :

1st : Zenith (Singapore)

2nd : Kingsurf (Malaysia)

3rd : Meet Your Makers (Denmark)

Not long before that, they proved themselves to be one of the best DotA team in Malaysia, as they defeated the infamous SK Gaming from Sweden grabbing the 3rd place in the MYM Prime Defending #8. That is something for us, Malaysians to be proud of.

I bet there are lot of people outside who don't even recognize Malaysia as a country, but with those kind of achievements from our fellow Malaysian lads, at least we have something to show the world that we are really good at these kind of things.

Why do we have to wait for our national's soccer team to be in the World Cup when we have our own Malaysian team in the Electronic Sports World Cup. Actually there are no difference between this two kind of sports, as they require us to play as a team where the essential part when playing as a team is teamwork. It's the same shit, so let's show some support to our Malaysian DotA team and e-sports generally.

Nirvana.my will represent Malaysia for DotA in the upcoming ESWC although MUFC did won the qualifier, but due to the sponsor's problem they just couldn't make their way to Paris. So, let us hope the best for the Malaysian lads and may the best team win. Malaysia Boleh!

Hari jumaat yang lepas, macam biasa bangun pagi, kelas memang takde, member ajak pegi Solat Jumaat kat Malaysia nye embassy. Mula2 rasa malas sebab agak sejuk kat luar, tapi tiba2 tergerak hati nak pegi sebab maybe dapat makanan free kot. Haha... Takde ah. Memang nak pegi pun, nak rasa Solat Jumaat ramai2. Smpai sana, tak ramai pun yang ada, kakitangan embassy sndiri ngan budak2 MAI yang sememangnya rajin.

Then, follow member2 pegi photo shooting. Dalam cuaca yang agak sejuk pun still nak pegi, kredit to photographers MAI sekalian yek. So, kiteorang pon ber photo shoot la area Red Square and Moscow Kremlin. Sini la tempat tourists biasa datang kepada sape2 yang minat historical nye tinggalan, banyak benda menarik kat sini.



Tiba2 member cakap nak amik gambar depan St. Basil's Cathedral memandangkan dah hampir 2 tahun kami kat sini, tapi xpenah dapat peluang bergambar depan benda. St Basil's Cathedral ni sebenarnya gereja, tapi seni bina dia unik, nampak sangat enak, macam candies. Haha... Kalau nak tau lagi lanjut Wiki la yek. Kalau datang Moscow ni memang salah satu tempat yang kena pegi, sebab dah takde tempat laen yang lawa lagi pun. Haha...

Post kali ni sempena meraikan kejayaan habiskan series ni dari Season 1 sampai 6. Mula2, member selalu bukak cite ni and niat die at first nak tengok heroin2 cun dalam series ni jek. Haha... Lama2 tengok walaupun jalan cerita die agak slow, sedar x sedar dh sampai Season 6.

In my humble opinion, cite ni banyak nilai2 baek yang kite dapat amik and benda2 xbaek yang tak patut amik. Cite ni banyak kisahkan pasal kehidupan kita, antara part2 yang best sepanjang series ni adalah bila Haley dapat ubah Nathan Scott (budak liar pada awalnya) jadi seorang yang sangat hebat akhirnya.

Cite ni banyak tunjuk kita pasal nilai mempercayai dengan keupayaan, hati budi seseorang. Kita dilahirkan sebagai manusia yang baek, tapi kadang2 persekitaran, pengaruh buat kita terpesong dari jalan yang betol. So, kita yang dibesarkan dalam persekitaran yang elok ni, xyah la teros2 nak condemn golongan ni. Dorang just perlukan kawan, bimbingan nak jadi baik.

Tunjukkan kat dorg yang kita percaya dorang dapat berubah, bukan teros pulau, lantak la ape nak jadik, kalau jahat tu memang dasar jahat. Nampak sangat kita ni lagi terok dari dorang, sebab kita tahu dorang boleh berubah tapi xnak buat pape.

Tu la sedikit sebanyak pasal cite ni. Kena tengok la kalau ada masa2 free yek. tak rugi. Haha... Ada sambungan Season 7 tapi ramai xnak tengok sebab Lucas ngan Peyton xde. WTH! Dorang bukan main characters pon. Go Nathan and Haley!:D

Cuteness

Hari ni macam biasa bangun pagi pkol 9, pegi kelas dan kelas ari ni mmg sangat lah lama smpai ke petang. Nasib baek paham apa yang diajar, kalau tak paham rasa rugii gila separuh hari duk kat institut.

On the way balik, dalam bas ada sorang member cakap cuba usha awek tu tgh tido, comel gile. Time tido pun tersangatlah cute die. Tapi aku dengan slambe cakap, die bajet je tu, tau orang tengah usha die.

Tapi masa dah nak sampai asrama, die bukak mata and mase tu lah aku tersedar betapa cute nye awek tu. Mata bulat gile, hidung mancung 90 degree and memang lengkap la pakej die. Tersangat la cute, walaupun die tak senyum, tengok muka macam ada masalah, tapi cuteness dia mmg terserlah. Tak penah jumpe gadis sebegitu cute.

Then, baru teringat pasal orang cakap Russian girls are the most beautiful girls in the world nak banding dengan gadis2 bangsa kulit putih yang laen. Ada betol jugak. Sini senang sangat nak jumpe gadis2 cute kalau nak banding dengan negara2 laen, bukan nak kata pervert, tapi ni lah fakta dia. Kalau xcaya tanye lah, budak2 overseas yang laen. Russian girls > All Girls.

Kalau xcaye gak jom tengok paparan kat bawah ni, konfem percaya la.



Post kali ni bukanlah menunjukkan betapa pervert nya seseorang tu harus jadi. Look at the bright side la. Tengok betapa indah nya ciptaan Tuhan. Chill and have fun!

Post kali ni takde kena mengena pun dengan tajuk kat atas tu. Just dah lama tak mengarut, terasa ringan tangan nak merapu. Tapi agak cool la quote kat atas tu, ada kebenaran die, walaupun quote tu ambik dari Bible, tapi tak salah kalau nk rasa bnda tu cool.

Aku rasa quote kat atas tu point utama die adalah 1 perkataan yang kite namakan 'Pride'. At least from my point of view la. Kadang2 orang sanggup mati untuk pertahankan maruah sendiri walaupun orang macam tu dh jarang jumpe sekarang, tapi somewhere out there, hopefully masih ada orang2 macam ni.

Sekarang ni, hidup kita lebih dikaburkan dengan wang ringgit, kuasa sampai dah lupa nak jaga maruah sendiri. Tak yah pikir jauh la, cuba tanya diri kalu orang acu pistol kat kepala sendiri, masa tu kita sanggup pikir lagi pasal maruah ke tak, sanggup mati asalkan dalam keadaan bermaruah or akan lakukan apa saja untuk lepaskan diri time tu, smpai korbankan maruah sendiri.


Kita sendiri yang decide what kind of person kita nak jadi, walaupun orang cakap environment maen peranan, tapi kita sepatutnya tahu, tak akan ada org laen yg dapat tolong kita, melainkan diri sendiri.

The End of An Era Maybe?

It's been quite a time since i last updated my post. I'm just too busy irl and i'm kinda person who tend to keep my thoughts, opinions just for myself. It's been almost two years since i started playing DotA, still remember those beautiful moments, being such a newbie, got flamed and pawned, but the thing is i'm quite happy back then, playing in-house games with my friends and get to know each other quite well.

I always think DotA as a really nice game, where you get to team up really well with your mates to win the game. Teamwork is one of the most essential factor to win a game and i always keep searching for the beautiful moments of the teamwork part, where you get to share your thoughts together for in game strategies, laugh for the blunders you did in games. You'll be very happy if your strategies turn out well through out the games and it cause you to win the game in the end.

But i think i never do find that part eventually. Day after day, sometimes you won and other times you lose the games but i never feel that happy and satisfied with all those things. Something just keep missing or maybe it's just me. You are not sticking that well with your mates and it doesn't feel right for me.

It's not fun anymore playing the game and it never was. Maybe i'll take a short break, trying to figure out the missing shit out of it. Keep on rocking guys, bring your games to a whole new level as we're aiming for the highest spot in it. GG no re.

Redang Bay!Redang Bay!Times up...

4-6 Ogos 2009 kteorg seramai 17 orang telah adakan lawatan sambil belajar ke Redang. Haha...Trip tu sememangnya indah sekali, pegi ngan member2, ada je bnda2 bodoh yg nak dibuat. Kteorg pegi sne mmg hepi je, lupekan segala masalah, enjoy je. Kat sne kbanyakan visitors pun rmai pelancong2 luar dtg during summer dorg, pikir sejenak not bad gak aa tmpat ni sebab dorg pn snggup dtg jauh2 nk melancong.



Rombongan kteorg paling bising kat sne, maklum aa da ramai yang pegi, orang len pegi couple, family sume nk romantic je.Haha... Dorg pn da pndang semacam jek tgk kteorg. Bdak kampung mne la ni, xpnah dtg pulau ke? Haha...

Trip ari tu 3 hari 2 malam, ada 3 kali snorkeling sessions, breakfast, lunch, dinner sume provided. Rutin harian kteorg pegi breakfast, mkan xnak bragak, pegi snorkeling, balik trjun swimming pool. Dah bosan telan air masin, pegi telan klorin lak. Haha...Mmg 2 je keje kteorg. Kolam tu kteorg 17 org conquer, xde org len da dpt masuk. Ksian lak dorg. Pegi karoeke, maen pool, kna sound ngn mak cik karoeke. Dah xreti nyanyi lagu cina, xyah la maen taram je, xpsl2 kna marah free jek.



Yang menarik tgk local people kat sne, kteorg panggil orang laut jek. Kebanyakan dorg keje dgn resort2 yg ada kat sne, dari bro keje angkat sauh smapai bro yang keje dkat kantin tu. Hari tu kteorg dpt tgk dorg angkut tong gas banyak2 dari kapal, dorg hanyutkan, smpai dkat pntai dorg angkut pkai lori. Memang menarik idup dorg. Dpt men bola ngn dorg, kebanyakan nye friendly sume.

Trip tu mmg satu kenangan yg kteorg xkan lupe. Mmg bes dapat kumpul ramai. Kpd sape2 yg ada rancangan nk brcuti, pergi la ke Pulau Redang. Tak rugi. Haha...Jadik promoter lak. Mesej die kat sini pulau2 kat Malaysia sememangnya cantik dan indah blake. Have a nice day ;)

Sendi Mutiara Multimedia Sdn. Bhd. (SMM) announced The Sendi Mutiara Multimedia Grand National DotA Tournament 2009 (SGNDT 09’) after four years successfully organizing the event.



The SGNDT 2009 qualifying rounds will start on the 30th of May and will run consecutively through ten states in Malaysia before proceeding to the Grand Final held in the capital city of Malaysia- Kuala Lumpur, from the 27th till 29th of November.

The participants who succeed in each state-qualifying round by either winning the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th place will proceed to the Grand Final and will be given an opportunity to compete amongst participants of international level. As for this year, the event offers a grand prize of RM 135,000 overall to be won.

As for international participants from Europe, US and Asia, registration processes will be conducted for teams who are interested to join the SGNDT 2009. Furthermore, the international participants will automatically book their places in SGNDT 2009 Grand Final without any registration fees required.

Last year, the event was nominated by The Malaysia Book of Records for the “Highest Prize Money in a PC Gaming Tournament” and “Most International Participants in a Single Game Event” where 60 teams from seven countries took part in the event including Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, China, and Russia with the grand prize of over RM 120,000 given.

Swine Flu.

Ramai yg tengah kecoh pasal virus baru ni. Tapi Alhamdulillah bagi kita, yg xmkan babi, mungkin xdpt la virus ni. Tapi virus ni jugak guna human as the spreading host. So, agak bhaya la kalau kita ada berdekatan dengan pembawa virus ni.

Mexico adalah salah satu negara yg affected trok gile ngn virus ni. Ada yg kata ni hanyalah propaganda government, nk boost balik economy dorg since skang ni kite ngah ada krisis ekonomi kat seluruh dunia. Tapi aku xnmpak la mcm mne virus tu boleh boost ekonomi, since a lot have to be spent on the medications sebenarnya.

Ada gak yang ckap, "Weh, pahal nk kecoh sgt, lagi ramai la org mati sebab flu biasa, tiap2 tahun, kalo nk banding ngn swine flu ni, baru 80+ je yg mati.". Statement 2 agk kejam kot, tp individu sndiri yg menilai. Beza swine flu ngn flu biasa is, swine flu affected healthy young peoples as well, tp flu biasa ni lebih kepada org2 tua sebab antibodi dorg lemah. Bangun pagi. Macam biasa, siap2 nk g klas. Time tgh dalam metro, terpikir knapa orang kisah sangat psl masa silam masing2. Smpai ada yg kalu boleh nk balik ke masa silam dan ubah bnda2 yang diorang da buat, yg diorang rase menyesal sbb pnah buat benda 2. Gaming...nowaday, we often heard that parents always say to their children that gaming is totally waste of time and not healthy at all. They often said that gaming makes their children have poor grades at school. But, it's totally not true at all because in my opinion, gaming makes people thinks creatively and critically. I take DotA as an example, DotA makes you learn how to work as a team. In a DotA game teams that can really work well together as as a team will dominate the game. Same as in real world, as we all know people who can work as a team will produce something better than who works alone. When i started playing dota, i learnt how to co-operate with my team members, how to effectively kill the opponent using skills combo, how to backstab the opponents, say 'miss' when one of the opponents dissappeared from their lane. That totally require high teamwork and good chemistry with the other team's member. It's really fun and gives us satisfaction when the team's plan actually work.

DotA also hepls me to think creatively and being able to thinks wisely in a critical condition. It helps you to be able to make your decision wisely and accurate in a short period of time. In DotA game you must be able to makes your decision accurately or else it will end up with you losing the game. It also help you to be more alert in some critical condition, to look at the map where and when the opponent's hero dissappeared from the map. It actually makes you think better same as in the real world. As we grown up, many things in this world require us to make a wise decision or else it will affect your life, or your work.

Leadership... In DotA, leadership also one of the most important aspects in order for the team to win the game. As a leader you must guide the other members, and come out with a good plan on how to effectively win the game. DotA trains you to be good as a leader, when you have the other 4 member of your team if it is 5v5 and you should make sure that the plan that you created works best with your teammates. As we know, in order to assure that a organization or country or company to be successful, it requires a good leader. Same as in DotA.))))

LIGA DOTA MMASO MEMBUKA TIRAI..

Liga DotA MMASO akhirnya membuka tirai kembali setelah lama menyepi. Namun format game kali ni bkn lagi 5v5 tapi 3v3 di mana player2 sume trdiri drpd ahli2 MMASO sndiri dan plajar2 dr St Petersburg.

Hari sabtu 15 November 2008 tpat jam 10 malam Captain2 bagi setiap team mula merancang strategi bersama team2 member yg laen dan telah berlangsungnya perlawanan bagi Round 1 dan Round 2. Keputusan perlawanan adalah seperti dipaparkan di atas. Team 4 yg terdiri drpd ahli2 spt [a]pocalyps[e], jewo9 dan boyah nmpak bgitu gah sekali memenangi kedua2 game di mana combo antara 2 hero int Lich([a]pocalyps[e]) dan Jakiro (jewo89) bersama Barathrum (boyah) nmpak mendominasi game walaupun diberi saingan sengit oleh Team 5 yg terdiri drpd princezombie, shahab6 dan @bloodline@.

Game d antara Team 7 dan Team 6 juga tidak kurang hebatnye. Walaupun game dicemari dgn isu intrnet connection yg x sudah2, game dpt dihabiskan jua setelah diload beberapa kali. Team 7 yg trdiri drpd pinky_color selaku captain,Kerol dan KamiBukanN00b nmpak mendominasi early game di mana Troll (Kerol) brjaya menhancurkan 1st tower Sentinel d bhagian bottom lane d mana apek_scar (Nerubian) nmpak bgitu brhati2 skali mengekang kemaraan Troll. Xkurang hebatnya juga KamiBukanN00b (clinkz) d mid lane dan pinky (Abaddon) d top lane.Namun hero late game GodRealm (Broodmother) seakan2 mengubah situasi game di mid game, d mana nmpak begitu untouchable walaupn Clinkz dbantu oleh Troll dan Abaddon. Dgn bantuan Tidehunter (zedenn88), GodRealm menggunakan strategi fast end game dan prlawanan tamat dgn kemenagan Team 7.

Perlawanan d antara Team 2 dan Team 3 berlangsung dgn begiti dramatik skali d mana Captain bg Team 2 (adamwatahell) dan Team 3 (Istblood) bermain dlm satu bilik yg sme, dan mereka mrupakan team member yg tlah lme brmain sbagai satu team trmasuklah semasa MESCIV Dota Tournament 3v3 yg berlangsung di Tushinskaya x lame dahulu.Lineup hero bgitu mnarik skali d mana skali lg Broodmother(1stblood) menjadi pilihan di late game nnti. Dgn bantuan Balanar(aezat89) dan Lion(the_sayurness), team 3 nmpak brjaya mengekang kmaraan Barathum (adam), Rhasta(dok_de) dan Earthshaker (helixector) di awal game. Game nmpak seimbang jika dilihat dr kill score kedua2 team nmun dgn batuan stunner Earthshaker dn Serpant Ward dr Rhasta tower d bhagian tgh Sentinel brjaya d musnahkan dgn agak snang.Broodmother yg fat late game dan dn bantuan Nuker, Lion the sayurness xbrjaya mengekang kemaraan hero2 Team 2.
